Congratulations to the South Portland Middle School Jazz Band on their performance at MMEA Jazz Festival this weekend. Their efforts earned them a bronze rating!
Congratulations to the South Portland Middle School Jazz Band on their performance at MMEA Jazz Festival this weekend. Their efforts earned them a bronze rating!
Under the direction of Jen Fletcher, the band began their journey by qualifing to attend the state festival. They are the first middle school jazz band from South Portland to attend the festival in over 10 years! The future is bright for the jazz programs at South Portland!Â
