We Need YOU!!!!
We are doing a Music Booster Fundraiser for the South Portland Music Programs THIS WEEKEND, Sat & Sun, Jan 31 & Feb 1. The event is a dance competition being hosted at the SPHS Auditorium. We will be doing a light breakfast, lunch and snacks for those attending on both days.
We still need some volunteers. Please sign up if you can help and thank you in advance!
Saturday:
- Sell Concessions & Help Clean Up from 11am-2pm
- Provide a crockpot of Mac & Cheese
- Provide a dozen baked goods, individually wrapped
Sunday:
- Help Set Up from 7:45-8:30am
- Sell Concessions from 8:30-11am
- Sell Concessions from 11am-2pm
- Cook Hotdogs
- Provide a crockpot of Mac & Cheese
- Provide a dozen baked goods, individually wrapped
South Portland Music Boosters are providing concessions for the Kaleidoscope Dance Competition on Jan 31 and Feb 1. The proceeds will go to support the South Portland Music Programs, K-12.

We're well into our winter season with jazz band, winter guard, percussion, and chorus all preparing for their upcoming practices, performances, festivals, and shows.
While our students and teachers are rehearsing, the Music Boosters are preparing for our next fundraiser. We are putting together a calendar raffle for February (winners drawn in March) and we are still a few prizes short and could use community support!

The South Portland Music Boosters is a parent-led 501(c)(3) organization that supports the South Portland School District’s amazing K-12 music program.
As music boosters, our mission is to help instill in students a lifelong appreciation and enjoyment of music by:
Promoting interest in the Music Programs
Providing funds for equipment and expenses related to the Music Programs
Assisting the directors in the maintenance of this equipment
The Music Boosters, as well as the directors are committed to making the music programs in the South Portland School District the finest in the state of Maine. Parents or guardians of students enrolled in the Music Programs are welcomed members of this organization. In order to achieve the goals of this organization, community support is needed.
